HardHat has helped TJX Europe secure planning permission for a major new European Headquarters in Watford. We carried out public consultation events between November 2016 and July 2017 for a landmark office development opposite Watford Junction Station.
When fully occupied, the development will provide space for 3,000 employees of the company, which operates the TK Maxx and Homesense brands. The planning committee was unanimous in its resolution to grant approval at the end of July.
HardHat has been appointed by Mayfield Property Group to undertake a consultation in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in respect of revision to a consented residential redevelopment site. This is in a high profile location adjacent to the former home of rock star Freddie Mercury. HardHat has also started working with Stonegate Homes on two new projects in London and Surrey.
HardHat has hosted a political dinner for clients and consultant partners with former Cabinet Minister and Chief Whip, the Rt Hon. Andrew Mitchell MP.
At The Arts Club, Mr Mitchell gave an exclusive briefing on the current UK political situation, touching on issues such as Brexit, the state of the Labour and Conservative Parties and the planning system.
For information on future political briefings and network events please contact Julianne Turner on email@example.com or 020 7636 6603.
We worked with Inland Homes on major schemes in Birmingham, Bournemouth and St Albans, which will deliver c.300 new homes and a hotel, all of which were approved in the last two months. We also worked with British Land on their latest proposals for Regent’s Place in Camden, helping to secure a unanimous consent from Camden’s planning committee for a new office-led development.
We are delighted to announce that HardHat have been shortlisted in the Community Relations category at the International IPRA Golden World Awards for our work with local residents throughout the planning and construction stages at Barratt Metropolitan LLP’s Hendon Waterside development. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Bulgaria on Friday 13 October.
Over 200 attended the recent exhibition for the proposals to redevelop the Fox pub in Palmers Green. The event was held in the pub on Tuesday 4 July from 2pm to 8pm, and local residents and community groups had the opportunity to view the scheme in detail, ask questions and leave feedback.
Star Pubs and Bars are working with Lateral property to develop proposals to deliver an improved pub, restore the external facade, and provide facilities for the community.
